Mother’s Day 2023!

A beautiful day with my beautiful family! And the best part was being there while William got his patriarchal blessing. It was amazing the things he was promised and the gifts that he has been given. The Savior loves and loves us. He is the source of all enduring joy. None of us is perfect, but each of us can return to Heavenlu Fther because of Him. And we can help others and be there for them and learn and grow and become like God. Being a mother is the most amazing trust and blessing. Sometimes it feels like more than I can do. Such previous and amazing souls. But I know that with Christ I can do all things. I need to do wheat I can to draw closer to Him and help my sweet boys continue to do the same.

I hope and pray they will forever know that I love them. And I can show that and not just say it. It was good to see my mom today too and Connie. And we had a nice fire with brats and s’mores in the backyard. I ate way too much, but it was a delightful celebration and tomorrow is a new day and week and back to healthy eating.

James is feeling quite a bit better today. I know we’ve all missed him! His talking! He hasn’t talked much all week and we miss him. What a sweet kiddo.
