December 29: zoos, bookstores and Yorgis, and PPI’s with Pete

 Beautiful vacationy day today. It was sunny and not as cold. But snowing now tonight. The zoo was great! And we got William’s braces fixed first which was also great. The big cats were active as was the polar bear. And good pretzels and churros. Went to the kings English bookstore and used all but .78 cents on all our gift cards. And then ate lunch at crown burger. We saw my mom and Stan. They came with us to the zoo. And Melissa met us at the bookstore with Rocky. And this evening the Tigris came. So lots of family today—which is good. Texted my da dna Jon. And Chris. I saw him before he left for the airport this morning. Had some good chats with William today and Peter and Ryan and I had a good PPI. He’s doing well, and it was good to check in. Good kid. They all three are amazingly real and wonderful and good. I love them more than life itself. Which is a lot! And Ryan is the best husband and dad and keeps getting better. 

Went to get a burger tonight with Kari. It was good to chat. Seems like she’s doing okay overall.   

I’m so tired, but feeling grateful. I got a bit overwhelmed earlier this evening. Just a lot going on, but it’s all doable. I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me. And if I take things a day or even an hour at a time then
