December 20: my baby is 16!!

 Peter turned 16 today! Hard to believe. But a beautiful day! I have loved celebrating with family today. He opened his gifts this morning, we had a good breakfast, he went to see avatar with William and they both enjoyed it and liked going to a movie just the two of them. I had a snowball fight with James. Then we had fettuccini for dinner and played a game with dice about Peter. It was fun I thought. And then family came over—oh before dinner he did a workout. And my dad and mom and Stan and Jon and Desmond and Calvin and Connie were just great. It was good to have them here. We had red velvet cake and ice cream. And he opened more gifts and was a sweetheart. He is a good kid. And we read Good King Wenceslas together. I hope this is a happy year for him. With lots of joy. That he keeps developing his capacity for love and compassion and continues to grow in confidence as he lives his covenants. I pray he and all of our family can continue to seek Christ and grow closer to Him. He is the light. I and thankful for all the gifts He has given me. All the hope and joy and eternal families.
