October 21 : 2022

 So many thoughts about today still buzzing around in my head. William had a beautiful concert tonight. He did so well. He is so brave too—wearing his full Viking costume. And Peter made callbacks for the musical. They’re doing Legally Blonde. I had no idea that was a musical. He’s being called back to tryout for the good guy she ends up with. He’s got a lot in his plate being Edward right now. I am proud of each of my boys. And I hope they don’t feel like they have to do all the things. I hope they still have time to be kids. To play and have fun and be creative. I’ll remind them to do that while they can! 

I was told at work today that the district has approved the money to hire another library at EastRidge to help me out—for 19.5 hours a week. So nice of them to want to help me and make it more doable. They don’t want me to quit. I don’t know exactly how I feel. Grateful. And tired.
