June 18: Preparations and Mindfulness

 Today I have felt a bit overwhelmed at certain points in the day with the preparations for Father's Day tomorrow, and for my Dad's birthday, and trying to make everyone happy! Plus we have Melissa Y and her kids staying with us starting on Monday--for a week-- and then the next week after that is YW Camp.  And every time I think about camp I want to cry! But that is not what's happening today.  I need to get back into my mind and body back into this moment, and this day.  How can I feel joy and peace here and now? That is what I need to remember when I am feeling overwhelmed and stressed!
