A beautiful fall day. The sky was blue. Beautiful clouds November has begun and I can be thankful even when I’m grieving.

 I can be thankful that even though the students had been sugared up yesterday and stayed up late for Halloween, but classes actually went pretty well. I had some positive interactions with coworkers and colleagues. I got some good teaching in. I spent some time with boys boys today after school. I made coconut chicken for dinner. I watched part of Coco. I prayed and read some scriptures. I didn’t eat sugar today. I had a good talk with Ryan. I hugged people. I didn’t see Melissa which was sad. But so grateful it’s a new month.
